How Do We Deliver Our Network Management Services?
Our International Management and Resource Centre (IMaRC) manages multiple customer IT infrastructures, including applications, systems, networks and security. Network systems and security experts operate the facility on a 24x7 basis.
Supported by IMaRC India, the Melbourne IMaRC centre boasts the latest management tools – including HP OpenView, Aprisma and Spectrum. These tools are seamlessly integrated with Fault Management Help Desk, which provides a process automation layer. IMaRC has console-level and process-level integration, providing instant event notification via email, SMS and pager anywhere in the world.
Our Planet One InTensive Care Portal delivers integrated network and call summary reports via the Internet, providing a world-class service delivery experience for our customers.
We have certified ITIL consultants (IT Infrastructure Library, UK) in India who closely monitor the service delivery process to the customer, resulting in the continuous improvement of availability, performance and security of the network services.
