How we build the network solution

Network disruption and subsequent downtime are a major source of business migraine, not to mention revenue loss. While your new network design can significantly optimise system reliability, you still have to get from A to Z in one piece.

By following the highest industry implementation guidelines and utilising our state-of-the-art laboratory facilities, 3D Networks has developed procedures for deployment and installation rollout that minimises downtime and assures a smooth transition to your new network.

Project Planning

Once we have clearly defined the project and its objectives we formulate a scope of work document for the project, incorporating a project plan and agreed project timeline, to ensure you are kept up to speed with every stage of progress.

Staging

In order to confirm network interoperability and reduce workplace disruption we can build and test a solution in our laboratories before we install on-site. This approach allows us to accommodate any last minute design alterations and modifications before implementation.

Solution Implementation

Our project managers and engineers work together to ensure seamless delivery of your network solution, whether over a single site or multiple sites. The on-site engineer physically connects and integrates the network and performs live tests to check performance. If the installation is complex the on-site engineer can tap into 3D Networks extensive skills and knowledge back at base.

Performance Assessment

3D Networks customer service standard requires that our project managers and engineers document their progress throughout every stage of the project. At the completion of the installation both the engineer and the project manager meet with and the customer’s IT manager to evaluate and agree on the success of the project in terms of the stated business objectives.

Knowledge Transfer and Training

We have recognised the significance of providing your people with the comprehensive training and on-going support they will need to maintain success. We can do this because we have the collective experience and knowledge on hand to enhance your network expertise.
  • Knowledge
We provide meticulous reports detailing your system components, design and operating procedure. This knowledge is crucial for the upkeep of your network, and enables you to take advantage of all the features the network has to offer.

  • Technical Training
You need to know what you are working with, so at the completion of implementation we train your IT managers/engineers to understand the technical aspects of the system and how it operates.

  • End-User Training
Many organisations working with complex telephony and data equipment require specialist training. For example, in a Call Centre scenario employees may need to know how to generate reports, make scripts or how to use headset equipment. We provide enduser training to our customers’ employees to maximise a user’s competence and understanding of how to use a specific solution.
